- At the age of 14 I started to play Volleyball. My home club was SV Werth.
- 1992/1993 + 1993/1994: Orion Doetinchem/NL (1. Devisie)
- 1994/1995: Bovo Aalten/NL (Erendivisie)
- 1995/1996 + 1996/1997: USC Muenster/D (2.Bundesliga)
- 1997/1998 + 1998/1999: Orion Doetinchem/NL (1.Devsie)
- 2000/2001: Orion Doetinchem/NL (Erendivisie)
- 2001/2002 + 2002/2003: TuB Bocholt/D (2.Bundesliga)
- 2003/2004 VC Bottrop/D (2.Bundesliga)
- 2004/2005 TuB Bocholt/D (2.Bundesliga)
My Indoor Volleyball Success
- Member of the military national team of Germany. Took part at the European championship in Muenster/Germany in 1993 and world championship in Sofia/Bulgaria in 1993
- Member of the University national team of Germany. Took part at the Universiade 1997.
- Several times "Vize-Meister" (2e) of the 2.Bundesliga (Orion Doetinchem, USC Muenster and TuB Bocholt
- Erendevisie in the Netherlands (Bovo Aalten and Orion Doetinchem)
